Hey everyone, welcome to Wishlist After Dark! I'm Marty, here with Penny Pickwell, who reads every review so you don't have to, and Sunny, who gets excited about the box before it's even open. Hi, Marty. Reading glasses on, eyebrow ready. Hi, everyone! I'm so happy to be here, and this one's a game, so I'm extra happy! Folks, it's Spot It! Classic, the 2024 refresh from Asmodee. You race to spot the matching symbol, and it's the perfect gift for families who want a fast game for game night or travel!
Ooh, and Marty, it's not just one game! It plays five different mini-games. Wait, five? Okay, and look at this one. Two to eight players, so the whole family gets a seat at the table! And a game takes about ten minutes. So it's one quick round before dinner, then another, then one more. Picture it. Everybody's leaning in, somebody shouts the match, and the whole table goes wild! Now, here's the whole list.
Oh, and it's a card game in an eco-blister pack, no batteries needed. Just open it and play, so it's perfect for travel. Okay, Penny, I see the eyebrow. Hit us with the catch. Fine print time. The listing carries a choking-hazard warning for small parts, so it's not for kids under three. And the box says ages six and up. So the littlest ones wait a few years, but six and up? They're in! Yep. And Sunny, it also comes in pocket, travel and themed editions, so make sure you're grabbing the Classic.
Scores! I'm at eight point seven, because five games in one pack is a gift that just keeps going! I'm at eight point one! Ten-minute rounds and room for eight players. Penny, what's your honest rating? Seven point six from me, since the age line keeps it from suiting everyone. Together, our After Dark Score is eight point one out of ten, number six of the six games on our board. It's a buy for families with kids six and up.
A buy! Spot It! Classic, folks. The link's on our site and in the description. See you next time!
