I'm so happy to be here, and Marty, I already love this one. Listing's straight from Amazon.

Okay, Marty, sell it. What've we got? It's Amazon's own Kindle e-reader, built for books. A whole library of books in one light device, Penny! Ooh, and check this number. Sixteen gigabytes of storage, that's where the whole library lives. Hold on, a whole library in one light device? Sunny, is this the new one? It's the 2024 model, Marty, so here's the rundown. Now picture someone unwrapping it and loading up every book on their list!

Love that. Now my favorite part, the fine print. This is the basic Kindle. Basic? Penny, look at it! I'm looking, Marty, and it's lovely. But buyers say if you want extra features, compare it with the pricier Kindle models first. So Penny, who's it really for? The reader who just wants books, no frills. And here's how today puts it. Score time, folks! I'm giving it eight point five. A whole library in one light device!

I'm at eight point one, Marty. It's simple, and simple can be the sweetest gift. I'll go seven point seven, since extra features mean a pricier model. That's an After Dark Score of eight point one out of ten, number four of five on our gadgets board. Buy it for the reader who just wants books. Happy reading, everyone! Go make a book lover's day. The link's on our site and in the description. See you next time, folks!
