Hey everyone, welcome to Wishlist After Dark! Folks, it's The Crunchinator by Mark Rober, from Crunchlabs, made for curious kids who love building and Mark Rober videos. And with me, our review-reading magpie Penny Pickwell, and the happiest pup around, Sunny! Every review, Marty. Even the grumpy ones. Hi! I'm so excited, 'cause today we crush things! It's a hands-on stem challenge from YouTube engineer Mark Rober, and get this, it made Amazon's 2026 Toys We Love list!

Okay, picture it. A kid turns the crank, and a plastic bottle goes crunch! Wait, Sunny, it runs on pure kid power? Yep, Target says no batteries needed! Plus there are three swappable plates: Pressure Point, Jagged Jaws and Impact Wedge! Jagged Jaws! Love it. And folks, it puts kids' problem-solving skills to work while they build and play. It squishes yogurt, a robot, even a piggy bank! Penny, is there anything it can't crunch?

A soda can. One Target buyer says it's too small for a standard can. It's four point three out of five from thirty-two ratings, and some say the cranking is slow or hard. Oh, so a grown-up helps crank? Penny, what age is it for? Target lists ages six and up. It's a building challenge, so younger kids will likely want a grown-up nearby. Check the listing first. Scores! I'm at eight point four, because what kid doesn't want to crunch a robot?

Sunny? Eight point oh! I can already hear the giggles. Seven point three from me, since the crank is tough and the chamber's small. That's an After Dark Score of seven point nine, just below the GraviTrax Starter Set on our toys board. Buy it for crush-happy kids six and up. You heard her, Penny says buy! The link's on our site and in the description, thanks to the source and Target's buyers. See you next time, folks!
